摘要
当前,我国公立医院资源运营管理平台建设处于起步阶段,存在架构体系不清晰、功能模块不全面、应用水平参差不齐等问题。本文从医疗业务活动特点和医院分级分类的现实出发,提出公立医院资源运营管理平台“三五三”架构体系--从业务架构、应用架构、技术构架三个视角,搭建“人力资源—财力资源—物力资源—内部控制—分析评价”五个维度的应用模块,综合形成包括基础功能、核心功能、扩展功能三个层级的医院资源运营管理平台架构体系。
At present,the construction of resource operation management platform of public hospitals in China is in a preliminary way,and there are some problems,such as unclear architecture,incomplete functional modules,uneven application level and so on.Based on the characteristics of medical business activities and the reality of hospital classification,his paper puts forward the"353"architecture system of public hospital resource operation management platform--From three perspectives of business architecture,application architecture and technical architecture,build the application module of five dimension,including"human resources-financial resources-material resources-internal control-analysis and evaluation",and comprehensively form a architecture system of hospital resources operation management platform,including three levels of basic functions,core functions and extended functions.
