摘要
采用微波辐照法从青楷槭翅果中提取翅果油,具体提取条件为:采用碳化硅0.15g、液料比16.9∶1mL/g、微波辐照功率425 W、微波辐照时间11 min,所得到青楷槭翅果油得率为9.56%。种子油进行甲酯化后,运用气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)联用技术测定其中的脂肪酸组分,从分离出的14个峰中确认了13种组分,主要成分为亚油酸、反-9-十八碳烯酸、芥酸、顺-11-二十烯酸、r-亚麻酸、cis-15-十四酸和硬脂酸,它们的含量分别为36.04%、24.73%、11.04%、7.39%、6.51%、3.75%和2.65%。
The seed oil of Acer tegmentosum was extracted by microwave irradiation,the specific extraction conditions were as follows:adding 0.15g of silicon carbide,16.9 mL/g of liquid-to-material ratio,the rate of the engine is 425 W,and the time last for 11 min,the yield of seed oil is obtained 9.56%.The seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS after esterification.The main constituents are linoleic acid and trans-9-octadecenoic acid,erucic acid,cis-11-eicosenoic acid,r-linolenic acid,cis-15-tetradecanoic acid and stearic acid,and the relative contents are 36.04%,24.73%,11.04%,7.39%,6.51%,3.75%and2.65%,respectively.
