经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星灌注治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Transurethral Resection Combined with Pirarubicin Perfusion in the Treatment of Superficial Bladder Tumors

目的探究浅表性膀胱肿瘤实施经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星灌注的疗效。方法将该院自2018年4月—2020年4月期间收治的84例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者采取抽签法随机分为试验组与参照组,每组42例。参照组患者实施经尿道电切术联合丝裂霉素灌注治疗,试验组患者实施经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星灌注治疗,对比两组患者治疗指标、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者aFGF为(6.28±0.72)pg/L、bFGF为(7.24±0.95)pg/L、VEGF为(20.21±2.63)pg/L,低于参照组的(11.25±1.12)、(12.83±1.49)、(31.85±3.95)pg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=24.191、20.501、15.896,P<0.001);试验组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于参照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P=0.034);试验组并发症发生率为4.76%,低于参照组的26.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.372,P=0.007)。结论经尿道电切术与吡柔比星灌注联合治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤可有效改善临床症状,提高治疗效果,安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of transurethral resection combined with pirarubicin perfusion for superficial bladder tumors.Methods The 84 patients with superficial bladder tumors admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received transurethral resection combined with mitomycin infusion therapy,and patients in the experimental group received transurethral resection combined with pirarubicin perfusion therapy.The treatment indicators,treatment effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,aFGF was(6.28±0.72)pg/L,bFGF was(7.24±0.95)pg/L,and VEGF was(20.21±2.63)pg/L,which were lower than those in the reference group(11.25±1.12)pg/L and(12.83±1.49)pg/L,(31.85±3.95)pg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=24.191,20.501,15.896,P<0.001);the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.62%,which was higher than 80.95%in the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P=0.034);the complication rate in the experimental group was 4.76%,which was lower than the 26.19%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.372,P=0.007).Conclusion The combination of transurethral resection and pirarubicin perfusion in the treatment of superficial bladder tumors can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,and have high safety.It is worthy of promotion.
