组织补偿膜使用方式引起的放射治疗摆位误差分析

摘要 目的探究组织补偿膜使用方式引起的放射治疗摆位误差。方法选取该院2020年1—8月收治的100例需要使用组织补偿膜的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表示法分为常温组(n=50)和加热组(n=50)。加热组的补偿膜需要在使用前加温,常温组的组织补偿膜直接使用。两组患者组织补偿膜在使用前利用不同方式摆位后使用锥形束CT进行扫描,对比两组患者的舒适度评分和两种方式引发的摆位误差数据。结果常温组患者在X轴、Y轴和Z轴的3个方向的平移误差分别是(1.81±1.17)、(2.07±1.28)、(1.29±1.05)mm;旋转误差分别为(0.96±0.63)、(0.69±0.48)、(0.64±0.42)°;加热组患者在X轴、Y轴和Z轴的3个方向的平移误差分别是(1.23±0.87)、(1.61±0.88)、(1.21±1.02)mm;旋转误差分别为(0.72±0.51)、(0.61±0.44)、(0.69±0.44)°。加热组在X轴、Y轴平移和X轴旋转明显小于常温组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.812、2.094、2.093,P<0.05)。并且加热组患者的舒适度评分(8.87±0.48)分明显高于常温组患者(7.32±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.838,P<0.05)。结论组织补偿膜使用加温方式对放射治疗摆放位的误差较小,可以增大摆位的精度和患者的舒适度。 Objective To explore the positioning error of radiotherapy caused by the use of tissue compensation membrane.Methods A total of 100 patients who needed to use tissue compensation membrane admitted to the hospital from January to August of 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number representation,they were divided into normal temperature group(n=50)and warming group(n=50).The compensation film of the heating group needs to be heated before use,and the tissue compensation film of the normal temperature group was used directly.The tissue compensation membrane of the two groups of patients was set up in different ways before use and then scanned using cone-beam CT to compare the comfort scores of the two groups of patients and the positioning error data caused by the two ways.Results The translation errors in the three directions of the X-axis,Y-axis and Z-axis of the patients in the normal temperature group were(1.81±1.17)mm,(2.07±1.28)mm and(1.29±1.05)mm,respectively;the rotation errors were(0.96±0.63)°,(0.69±0.48)°and(0.64±0.42)°,respectively;the translational errors of patients in the heating group in the three directions of the X-axis,Y-axis and Z-axis were(1.23±0.87)mm,(1.61±0.88)mm and(1.21±1.02)mm,respectively;the rotation errors were(0.72±0.51)°,(0.61±0.44)°and(0.69±0.44)°,respectively.The X-axis,Y-axis translation and X-axis rotation of the heating group were significantly smaller than those of the room temperature group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.812,2.094,2.093,P<0.05).And the comfort score(8.87±0.48)points of the heating group was significantly higher than that of the normal temperature group(7.32±0.89)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.838,P<0.05).Conclusion The heating method of tissue compensation membrane has a small error in the placement of radiotherapy,which can increase the accuracy of placement and the comfort of patients.
