神经外科择期手术患者接受心理护理对其手术效果及预后的影响和应用

The Influence and Application of Psychological Nursing for Patients Undergoing Elective Surgery in Neurosurgery on the Effect and Prognosis of Surgery

目的探究神经外科择期手术患者行心理护理,对患者手术效果及预后的影响。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月该院神经外科收治的80例择期手术患者为研究对象,按随机分组原则由计算机系统乱序分为研究组和对照组两组,每组40例。对照组患者行常规护理方案,研究组患者在常规护理方案基础上行心理护理。分别就两组患者的手术效果,焦虑和抑郁评分进行对比。结果研究组的治疗有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05);护理后研究组患者的焦虑评分和抑郁评分分别为(30.8±10.2)分、(31.3±9.8)分,明显优于对照组患者的(55.2±10.3)分、(54.4±9.6)分,差异有统计学有意义(t=10.645、10.649,P<0.05)。结论给予神经外科择期手术患者心理护理,可有效缓解患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高手术治疗有效率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the psychological care of patients undergoing elective surgery in neurosurgery,and the impact on the surgical outcome and prognosis of patients.Methods Eighty patients with elective surgery admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of randomization,they were randomly divided into two groups:a study group and a control group by the computer system.Patients in each group 40 cases each.Patients in the control group received routine nursing programs,and patients in the study group received psychological care on the basis of conventional nursing programs.The surgical effects and the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than 77.5%,in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05);the anxiety score and depression score of the study group after nursing were(30.8±10.2)points and(31.3±9.8)points,which were significantly better than the(55.2±10.3)points and(54.4±9.6)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.645,10.649,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care for patients undergoing elective neurosurgery surgery can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of patients,improve the efficiency of surgical treatment,and has high clinical application value.
