优质护理在脑血栓患者中的价值和对生活质量的影响评价

Evaluation of the Value of High-quality Nursing Care in Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis and Its Impact on the Quality of Life

目的探究脑血栓患者实施优质护理的作用影响。方法将该院自2019年2月—2020年2月期间收治的72例脑血栓患者采取抽签法随机分为试验组(n=36)与参照组(n=36),参照组患者实施常规护理,试验组患者实施优质护理,对比两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、ADL评分、住院时间及护理满意度。结果试验组患者SAS评分为(39.85±2.46)分低于参照组的(48.72±2.59)分,SDS评分为(40.33±2.52)分低于参照组的(49.69±2.88)分,ADL评分为(78.16±9.52)分高于参照组的(61.48±8.26)分,住院时间为(14.27±4.13)d低于参照组的(26.47±5.32)d,差异有统计学意义(t=14.899、14.675、7.940、10.869,P<0.001),护理满意度为97.22%明显优于参照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.222,P=0.013)。结论脑血栓患者实施优质护理能有效提高生活质量水平,改善不良情绪,缩短住院时间,提升护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing care on patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods 72 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the test group(n=36)and the reference group(n=36)by lottery.The patients in the reference group performed routine procedures nursing,the patients in the test group were provided with high-quality care,and the SAS score,SDS score,ADL score,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results SAS score(39.85±2.46)points,SDS score(40.33±2.52)points,ADL score(78.16±9.52)points and length of hospital stay(14.27±4.13)d were lower than that of the control group(48.72±2.59)points,(49.69±2.88)points,(61.48±8.26)points and(26.47±5.32)d,the differences were statistically significant(t=14.899,14.675,7.940,10.869,P<0.001),nursing satisfaction of 97.22%in the test group was significantly better than that of the reference group77.78%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.222,P=0.013).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality care for patients with cerebral thrombosis can effectively improve the quality of life,improve bad mood,shorten the length of hospitalization,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
