摘要
比较了俄罗斯CKH3365,国产NBR3308和国产NBR1052等3种丁腈橡胶发泡材料性能。结果表明,CKH3365发泡材料膨胀体积较大且力学性能较优,其密度较NBR3308小45.4%,最佳发泡温度为170℃,泡孔孔径大且均匀,泡孔壁薄且分布紧密。当发泡剂AC用量为12份时,CKH3365发泡材料泡孔壁薄、完整且以闭孔结构为主;当炭黑用量为15份时,CKH3365发泡材料密度较小,泡孔尺寸稳定且形状均匀,泡孔壁较薄且排列紧密;当硫黄用量为0.9份时,CKH3365发泡材料泡孔大小均匀,排列紧密。
The properties of NBR foam material based on CKH3365 from Russia, were compared with that of domestic NBR3308 and NBR1052.The results showed that CKH3365 foamed material had large expansion volume and good mechanical properties, and its density was less than the density of NBR3308 by 45.4%,the optimum foaming temperature was 170 ℃,the diameter of foamed pore was large and uniform, and the wall of foamed pore was thin and tightly distributed.The cell wall of CKH3365 foamed material was thin and complete when the dosage of blowing agent AC was 12 phr, and the mainbody had closed cell structure.The density of CKH3365 foamed material was small when the dosage of carbon black was 15 phr, and the cell size was stable and uniform, the cell wall was thin and closely arranged.The pores of CKH3365 foamed material were uniform and closely arranged when sulfur content was 0.9 phr.
