摘要 采用γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-580)对碳化硅(SiC)进行了表面改性并制备了NBR/SiC复合材料,研究了干摩擦条件下SiC用量、摩擦转速和载荷大小对NBR/SiC复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,与未改性SiC填充的复合材料相比,改性SiC填充的复合材料力学性能和摩擦磨损性能均获得改善。在相同条件下,改性SiC用量为5份时复合材料综合性能最佳。随着转速的增大,复合材料摩擦系数减小,磨损量增大;随着载荷的增大,复合材料摩擦系数减小,磨损量增大。 Silicon carbide(SiC) was modified with γ-mercaptopropyltriethoxy silane(KH-580)and NBR/SiC composites were prepared.The effects of SiC content, friction speed and load on friction and wear properties of NBR/SiC composites were studied at the dry friction conditions.The results showed that compared with the unmodified NBR/SiC composites, the mechanical properties and friction and wear properties of the modified NBR/SiC composites were improved.The composites had the optimum comprehensive properties at the same conditions when the modified SiC content was 5 phr.The friction coefficient of the composites decreased with the increase of the rotating speed, the wear amount increased.The friction coefficient of the composites decreased with the increase of load, the wear amount increased.
