摘要
以泼尼松龙诱导的骨质疏松斑马鱼为模型,以进口乳清蛋白(F-WPC)为参照物,考察自制乳清蛋白粗提粉(Z-WPC)对骨质疏松的防治作用。结果表明,与模型组相比,1μg·mL^(-1)、0.5μg·mL^(-1)的F-WPC溶液和100μg·mL^(-1)、50μg·mL^(-1)的Z-WPC溶液均能显著增加骨质疏松斑马鱼的头部骨骼矿化面积和骨密度(P <0.01),且1μg·mL^(-1)的F-WPC溶液和100μg·mL^(-1)的Z-WPC溶液作用相当,0.5μg·mL^(-1)的F-WPC溶液和50μg·mL^(-1)的Z-WPC溶液作用相当。因此,F-WPC和Z-WPC均能够逆转泼尼松诱发的骨丢失,增加斑马鱼头骨矿化量。因此,建议Z-WPC的国内产业发展可从提高纯度和产品加工的角度开展。
To investigate the effects of imported whey protein(F-WPC)and homemade whey protein crude extract powder(Z-WPC)on osteoporosis,prednisolone-induced osteoporosis zebrafish were used as a model.The results show that compared with the model group,F-WPC liquid of 1μg·mL^(-1),0.5μg·mL^(-1) and Z-WPC liquid of 100μg·mL^(-1),50μg·mL^(-1) can significantly increase bone mineralization and bone density in zebrafish osteoporosis areas(P<0.01).The results also show similar effect on 1μg·mL^(-1) F-WPC liquid and 100μg·mL^(-1) Z-WPC liquid;0.5μg·mL^(-1) F-WPC and 50μg·mL^(-1) Z-WPC has a similar effect.Therefore,both F-WPC and Z-WPC can reverse prednisone-induced bone loss and increase zebrafish skull mineralization.It is suggested that the domestic industrial development of Z-WPC can be can start from improving its purity and product processing.
