摘要
建立了用气相色谱内标法对米粉中香兰素和乙基香兰素含量进行测定的方法,试验采用FID检测器,内标法,自动进样,在建立的气相色谱条件下进行了方法验证,结果表明香兰素和乙基香兰素检出限为2.2mg/kg(进样量为1μL,S/N=3),标准曲线的线性范围香兰素和乙基香兰素分别为:5~50μg/mL(r=0.99967)、5~50μg/mL(r=0.99912),样品加标回收率香兰素和乙基香兰素分别为:92.64%~98.62%、92.56%~99.36%,相对标准偏差RSD分别为2.21%、2.48%。该方法回收率高、重现性好,是一种准确稳定操作快速简单的检测方法。
A method for the determination of vanillin and ethyl vanillin in rice flour by gas chromatographic internal standard was established.The FID detector,internal standard and automatic sampling were used.Gas chromatography method was verified.The results showed that the detection limit of vanillin and ethyl vanillin was 2.2 mg/kg(1μL sample,S/N=3).The linear range of the standard curve was 5~50μg/mL(r=0.99967)for vanillin and 5~50μg/mL for ethyl vanillin(r=0.99912),respectively.The recoveries of vanillin and ethyl vanillin was 92.64%~98.62%、92.56%~99.36%,the relative standard deviation(RSDs)was 2.21%and 2.48%,respectively.This method has high recovery rate and good reproducibility.It is an accurate,stable,quick and simple detection method.
