四元低温脱硝催化剂载体物化特性及制备工艺条件的影响研究

摘要 采用Mn、Ce、Fe、Co四元硝酸盐溶液对柱状AC、T-AC、O-AC和T-O-AC等体积浸渍改性,制备柱状碳基低温脱硝催化剂,并进行脱硝性能评价。结果表明,400℃高温扩孔及氧化改性后柱状活性炭比表面积和总孔容积均有较大提升,对应催化剂低温脱硝活性增长幅度可达到10%左右;工业化应用的最佳颗粒粒度分布为60~80目;最佳制备工艺参数为:煅烧温度500℃、煅烧时间5h和惰性气体(N_(2)),对应柱状催化剂160℃下NO_(x)催化还原效率基本保持在88.56%~93.56%。
