九味双解口服液佐治小儿化脓性扁桃体炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Jiuwei Shuangjie Oral Liquid in Adjuvant Therapy of Supperative Tonsillitis of Children

目的:观察九味双解口服液佐治小儿化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:将小儿化脓性扁桃体炎患者109例按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组54例给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂治疗,观察组55例在对照组的基础上加用九味双解口服液治疗。比较2组治疗后扁桃体红肿消退、脓性分泌物消退和吞咽功能恢复时间,咽痛消失、发热消退、咳嗽消失、白细胞水平复常时间及住院时间,以及治疗前后炎症因子水平变化。结果:治疗后,观察组扁桃体红肿消退时间、脓性分泌物消失时间和吞咽功能恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组咽痛、发热、咳嗽消失时间及白细胞复常时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:九味双解口服液佐治小儿化脓性扁桃体炎临床效果良好,可有效缓解患儿扁桃体红肿、发脓、咽痛、发热等临床症状,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiuwei Shuangjie oral liquid in adjuvant therapy of supperative tonsillitis of children. Methods: A total of 109 cases of children with supperative tonsillitis were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group(54 cases) was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium for suspension, and the observation group(55 cases) was additionally treated with Jiuwei Shuangjie oral liquid based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment, the disappearance time of tonsil redness and swelling,purulent secretion,sore throat,fever and cough after treatment were compared between the two groups;the recovery time of deglutition function and level of white blood cells were compared between the two groups. The hospitalization time and changes in levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the disappearance time of tonsil redness and swelling and purulent secretion,as well as the recovery time of deglutition function in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the disappearance time of sore throat,fever and cough,the recovery time of white blood cells and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8), hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in serum in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiuwei Shuangjie oral liquid has significant clinical effect in adjuvant therapy of supperative tonsillitis of children,which can effectively relieve tonsil redness and swelling,purulence,sore throat,fever,and other clinical symptoms,and reduce levels of inflammatory factors.
