摘要
文章对牛冠状病毒(Bovine coronavirus, BCV)的病原学特点及与该病毒相关的临床症状进行综述,介绍了BCV的病原特点,5种主要病毒蛋白的结构和功能,概述了BCV的独特复制策略;介绍了BCV引发的新生犊牛腹泻、成年牛冬季痢疾和呼吸道感染症状,并对诊断方法、防治措施进行了阐述,以期为BCV的研究奠定理论基础,为牛冠状病毒病的防治提供参考依据。
The paper reviewed the pathogenic characteristics and clinical symptoms related to Bovine coronavirus(BCV). This paper introduced the pathogenic characteristics of BCV and the structure and function of five major proteins. The unique replication strategies of BCV were summarized, and BCV-induced diarrhea in newborn calves, dysenteria in adult cows and respiratory tract infection were introduced. In addition, the diagnosis methods and prevention and treatment measures were further elaborated, which laid a theoretical foundation for the research progress of BCV and provided reference for the prevention and treatment of BCV disease.
