摘要
为了了解扬州地区犬、猫中间型葡萄球菌的携带率及耐药情况,2017年9月份—2018年6月份笔者从扬州大学动物医院采集173份犬源和30份猫源样品,采用Baird-Parker选择性培养基从样品中分离出可疑菌株,通过革兰氏染色镜检和PCR扩增鉴定分离菌是否为中间型葡萄球菌,统计分析不同种类、性别、年龄宠物的中间型葡萄球菌分离率,最后采用药敏试验研究分离菌的耐药情况。结果表明:从203份样品中分离出32株中间型葡萄球菌,其中犬源31株(17.92%,31/173),猫源1株(3.33%,1/30);中间型葡萄球菌的分离率在犬的性别、年龄以及犬与猫之间均差异不显著(P>0.05),但犬感染的风险是猫的6.331倍(比值比为6.331,95%置信区间为0.83~48.25);中间型葡萄球菌对复方新诺明、卡那霉素、多西环素及阿莫西林的耐药率较高,分别为87.50%、65.63%、68.75%、68.75%;有71.88%(23/32)的分离菌为多重耐药菌,其中有1株中间型葡萄球菌对7类抗生素耐药。说明来自扬州地区宠物犬的中间型葡萄球菌的分离率和耐药率均较高,并且大部分出现多重耐药。
In order to understand the carrier rate and drug resistance of Staphylococcus intermedius in dogs and cats in Yangzhou, 173 canine and 30 cat samples were collected from the Animal Hospital of Yangzhou University from September 2017 to June 2018. The Baird-Parker selective medium was used to isolate suspicious strains from the samples, and to identify whether the isolates were Staphylococcus intermedius,Gram stain microscopic examination and PCR amplification were carried out. The isolation rates of Staphylococcus intermedius in pets of different types, genders and ages were statistically analyzed. Finally, the drug susceptibility test was used to study the drug resistance of the isolated bacteria. The results showed that 32 strains of Staphylococcus intermedius were isolated from 203 samples, of which 31 strains of canine origin, accounting for 17.92%(31/173),and 1 strain of cat origin, accounting for 3.33%(1/30). The isolation rate of Staphylococcus intermedius was not significantly different in dog sex, age, and between dog and cat(P>0.05),but the risk of dog infection was 6.331 times that of cats(the ratio being 6.331,and the 95% confidence interval was 0.83-48.25). Staphylococcus intermedius isolates had higher resistance rates to cotrimoxazole, kanamycin, doxycycline and amoxicillin, being 87.50%,65.63%,68.75% and 68.75%,respectively. 71.88%(23/32) of the isolates were multi-drug resistant bacteria, of which 1 strain of Staphylococcus intermedius was resistant to 7 types of antibiotics. The results suggested that the isolation rate and drug resistance rate of pet dog Staphylococcus intermedius from Yangzhou area were high, and most of them had multiple drug resistance.
