摘要
采用预处理+生化+Fenton氧化+活性炭吸附工艺处理化工园区混合废水。设计处理水量:物化预处理210 m3·h^(-1)、生化处理850 m3·h^(-1)、深度处理850m3·h^(-1)。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果良好,出水p H6~9,COD≤50 mg·L^(-1),NH3-N≤5(8) mg·L^(-1),总磷≤0.5 mg·L^(-1),总氮≤15 mg·L^(-1),苯胺类≤1 mg·L^(-1),硝基苯类≤2 mg·L^(-1),出水水质优于设计指标要求。
Mixed wastewater from a chemical Industry park was treated by the pretreatment-biochemistry-Fenton oxidation-activated carbon adsorption process. Designed treatment capacity is as follows: pretreatment 210 m3·h^(-1), biochemical treatment 850 m3·h^(-1),advanced treatment 850 m3·h^(-1). Running results showed that the treatment effect was good, the water effluent index was as follows: pH=6~9,COD≤50 mg·L^(-1), NH3-N≤5(8) mg·L^(-1),TP≤0.5 mg·L^(-1),TN≤15 mg·L^(-1),anilines≤1 mg·L^(-1),nitrobenzenes≤2 mg·L^(-1),the water quality index was superior to the design requirements.
