摘要
以苯氧乙醇(EPH)为原料,采用中和-吸附法,通过向其中加入适量磷酸中和剂、去离子水及吸附剂进行试验,确定了最优的精制条件为:中和剂选用磷酸、中和剂加量1.1‰(质量分数)、中和温度为80~85℃、中和时间为30 min、吸附剂加量为0.6%,在该条件下精制后可得到钾钠离子质量分数为5μg·g^(-1)以下、色度为10#(Pt-Co比色法)以内的优质EPH产品。
Phenoxyethanol(EPH) was refined by using the neutralization-adsorption method, adding an appropriate amount of phosphoric acid neutralizer, deionized water and adsorbent. The optimal purification conditions were determined as follows: the neutralizer phosphoric acid, the amount of neutralizer 1.1‰(mass fraction), the neutralization temperature 80~85 ℃, the neutralization time 30 min, and the amount of adsorbent 0.6%. High-quality EPH product with potassium and sodium ion mass fraction of 5 μg·g^(-1) or less and a chromaticity of 10#(Pt-Co colorimetry) was obtained after refining under the optimal conditions.
