摘要
中、低温煤焦油在微负压下切取110~330℃、300~350℃馏段,回收率以质量分数计:轻油回收率为35%,重油回收率为33.3%,煤沥青收率为2.5%,不凝油气收率为6.7%。中、低温煤焦油负压蒸馏工艺给发生炉煤气站废水池中的沉积物处置找到一条可推行的路径,形成发生炉煤气站废水池中的沉积物处置专业化、规模化路线。
The medium and low temperature coal tar distillates were cut into 110~330 ℃ and 300~350 ℃ fractions under slight negative pressure. The light oil recovery rate was 35%, the heavy oil recovery rate was 33.3%, the coal asphalt was 2.5%, the non-condensable oil and gas was 6.7%.The medium and low temperature coal tar negative pressure distillation process provides a feasible path to dispose the sediments in the waste water pool of the occurrence furnace gas station,forming a specialized and large-scale route for the disposal of sediments in the wastewater pool of the occurrence furnace gas station.
