摘要
工业上防止有机物氧化的方法很多,包括聚合物结构改性、加入抗氧剂等。抗氧剂1010因其相对分子质量高、与塑料材料相容性好、抗氧化效果优异,成为塑料抗氧剂中消费量较大的产品之一。但抗氧剂1010的制备因工艺不同也存在很大的差异。对3种抗氧剂1010制备操作过程的优缺点进行对比分析,探讨了如何优化抗氧剂1010的生产。
There are many industrial methods to prevent organic oxidation, including polymer structure modification, addition of antioxidants and so on. Due to its high molecular weight, good compatibility with plastic materials and excellent antioxidant effect, antioxidant 1010 has become one of the products with large consumption of plastic antioxidants. However, the preparation of antioxidant 1010 varies greatly with different technologies. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of antioxidant 1010 production processes were compared and analyzed, and how to optimize the production process of antioxidant 1010 by taking their respective advantages was discussed.
