螺杆钻在海上油田修井机大修中的探索与实践

摘要 单电机联合驱动绞车转盘方式设计的修井机已广泛应用于海洋石油平台,该系统最大弊端就是旋转系统与提升系统两种工况不能同时实现,这就在很大程度上限制了磨铣及打捞等大修作业工艺的实施。螺杆钻的引入再配合平底磨鞋使用,彻底解决了电驱修井机大修磨铣作业"卡脖子"的难题,经现场作业实践证明,螺杆钻具满足电驱修井机大修作业磨铣作业要求,具有较高应用及推广价值。 The workover rig designed by single motor combined drive winch turntable has been widely used in offshore oil platforms. The biggest drawback of this system is that the two working conditions of rotating system and lifting system cannot be realized at the same time, which greatly limits the implementation of overhaul operations, such as milling, fishing and so on. The introduction of the screw drill combined with the use of flat bottom grinding shoes completely solves the problem of "jamming neck" in the overhaul and milling operation of the electric drive workover rig. The field operation practice has proved that the screw drill can meet the grinding and milling operation requirements in the overhaul operation of electric drive workover rig, and has high application and promotion value.
