摘要
废弃混凝土回收后进行再生利用可以给带来显著的经济和环境效益。本文首先对废弃混凝土制备的再生骨料的表观密度、压碎指标、吸水率、孔隙率和容重等指标进行测定,然后对再生骨料制备的二灰碎石的最佳含水量、最大干密度、无侧限抗压强度、间接抗拉强度和室内抗压回弹模量等指标进行测定,并与天然骨料二灰碎石的指标参数进行对比。通过综合对比评定,再生骨料制作的二灰碎石的力学指标满足规范要求,采用再生骨料替代天然骨料制备道路基层二灰碎石是可行的。
The recycling of waste concrete has remarkable economic and environmental benefits. In this paper, the properties of recycled aggregate prepared from waste concrete such as water absorption, apparent density, crushing index and bulk density are determined, and the main performance indexes of recycled aggregate lime-fly ash macadam such as optimum water content, maximum dry density, indirect tensile strength and unconfined compressive strength are determined experimentally. Through comprehensive comparison and evaluation, the mechanical indexes of lime-fly ash concrete made of recycled aggregate meet the requirements of standards, and it is feasible to use recycled aggregate instead of natural aggregate to prepare lime-fly ash concrete for road base.
