摘要 全面启动广播电视卫星传输向新一代更高效的技术标准升级,进一步提高其节目品质,基本实现卫星传输电视节目全高清化,对于已实现高清节目和标清节目同时播出的电视频道,逐步关闭其标清节目的播出。这是国家广电总局关于广播电视卫星应用总体规划(2018-2022年)的目标。本文对我站在播的卫视标清技术系统整体高清化改造的设计思路进行了梳理,阐明了新一代卫星传输标准的选择,及基于新标准下实现系统改造的技术方案框架。 Fully start the upgrade of radio and television satellite transmission to a new generation of more efficient technical standards, further improve its program quality, and basically realize full HD of satellite TV programs. For TV channels that have achieved simulcast of HD and SD programs, their SD programs will be gradually closed down. All the above are the goals of NRTA on overall plan for radio and television satellite applications(2018-2022). This paper sorts out design concept of overall HD transformation of satellite TV SD technology system broadcast by our station, and clarifies the choice of new generation of satellite transmission standards, and also outline technical solution framework for system transformation based on new standards.
