6MWT在评价老年肺结核应用及与血气分析相关性 被引量:1

Application of 6MWT in Evaluation of Senile Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Its Correlation with Blood Gas Analysis

摘要 目的:探究6分钟步行试验(6-minute walk test,6MWT)在评价老年肺结核患者病情中的应用,并分析6MWT同肺结核患者血气指标的相关性。方法:选择2019年1月至2019年12月于我院接受治疗的200例高龄肺结核患者为实验组,另选取同期于我院接受体格检查的50例健康个体为对照组,分别对两组患者实施6MWT实验,测量两组个体的步行距离、实验前后血氧饱和度(Sp O_(2)),计算Sp O_(2)下降率,并对所有实验组患者实施肺功能实验,评估肺功能相关指标同6MWT相关性。结果:(1)对比显示实验组患者的6MWT、Sp O_(2)、Pa O_(2)明显低于对照组,Pa CO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)实验前后比较显示实验组患者试验后的Sp O_(2)、Pa O_(2)低于实验前,Pa CO_(2)高于实验前(P<0.05);(3)相关性分析显示,实验组患者的6MWT同FEV1、FEV1/FVC呈正相关(P<0.05);(4)相关性分析显示实验组患者的6MWT同Sp O_(2)、Pa O_(2)呈正相关,同Pa CO_(2)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:6MWT同高龄肺结核患者肺功能及血气相关指标存在明显的相关性,可将6MWT作为老年肺结核患者病情评估指标之一。 Objective:To explore the application of 6-minute walk test(6MWT)in evaluation of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and to analyze the correlation of 6MWT with blood gas indexes of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods:A total of 200elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from January 2019 to December2019,were chosen as experimental group,and 50 healthy individuals,who received physical examination in the hospital at the same time,as the control group.The 6MWT experiment was carried out on two groups of patients.The walking distance and Sp O_(2)before and after experiment of two groups of individuals were measured and calculated.The lung function experiment was carried out on the patients of experimental group;the correlation of 6MWT with lung function-related indicators of pulmonary tuberculosis patients was evaluated.Results:(1)6MWT,Sp O_(2)and Pa O_(2)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and Pa CO_(2)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The Sp O_(2)and Pa O_(2)of the experimental group after experiment were lower than those before experiment,and the Pa CO_(2)was higher than that before experiment(P<0.05).(3)The 6MWT of the experimental group was positively correlated with FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC(P<0.05).(4)The correlation analysis showed that the 6MWT of the experimental group was positively correlated with Sp O_(2)and Pa O_(2),but negatively correlated with Pa CO_(2)(P<0.05).Conclusion:6MWT is obviously correlated with pulmonary function and blood gas related indexes in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.6MWT can be used as one of the indicators to evaluate the condition of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
