基于紧密型职教集团的混合所有制办学改革实践

摘要 在紧密型职教集团的框架下,通过校企合作建设专业、订单培养、校企共建实训基地不断深化产教融合、校企合作,在多年摸索实践的基础上共建混合所有制二级学院。混合所有制二级学院从体制机制运行、人才培养方案的制定、课程建设、师资队伍建设、实践条件建设等方面不断深化校企双主体育人,取得了良好的效果,实现了学校、企业、学生三方共赢。 Under the framework of compact vocational education group,through school enterprise cooperation to build specialty,order training,school enterprise joint construction of training base,continuously deepen the integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation,and build a mixed ownership secondary college on the basis of years of exploration and practice.The mixed ownership secondary colleges have been deepening the construction of school enterprise double masters from the aspects of system and mechanism operation,personnel training plan formulation,curriculumconstruction,teaching staff construction and practice conditions construction,which has achieved good results and achieved a win-win situation among schools,enterprises and students.
