国际化创新引智作为助推“双一流”建设的重要途径之一,研究与创新高校创新引智持续运行与发展模式,有利于面向国家重大战略需求,参与和推动世界一流大学和一流学科建设。本文由“双一流”背景下国际化创新引智目标指向切入,在实施层面所面临难点问题的基础上,分析并提出关于高校国际化创新引智路径探索的一些思考与举措。

As one of the important ways to boost the"double first-class"construction,the research and innovation of the sustainable operation and development mode of innovative talent introduction in colleges and universities is conducive to facing the major national strategic needs,participating in and promoting the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines.This paper starts from the goal of introducing talents for International innovation under the background of"double first-class",analyzes and puts forward some thoughts and measures on the exploration of the path of introducing talents for International innovation in colleges and universities on the basis of the difficult problems in the implementation level.
