摘要 本文着眼于我国高职院校会计专业人才培养现状,通过分析当下会计专业人才培养中会计人才供需结构不合理及课程与岗位脱节等不足,从现有的协同育人机制角度对其进行多方面的完善,并结合X公司校企合作实例,探索当下校企共建协同育人机制有效实行的条件,以期为我国高职院校会计专业教学改革提供参考。 This article focuses on the current situation of accounting professional training in higher vocational colleges in my country,and analyzes the current accounting professional training in the current accounting professional talents such as the unreasonable supply and demand structure,the disconnection of courses and positions,etc.,from the perspective of the existing collaborative education mechanism.Combining with X company's school-enterprise cooperation example,explore the conditions for the effective implementation of the current school-enterprise co-construction and collaborative education mechanism,in order to provide a reference for the teaching reform of accounting in higher vocational colleges in my country.
