基于个体认知模式的警校生英语学习效能研究——以南京森林警察学院为例

Research on English Learning Efficiency of Police College Students Based on Individual Cognitive Model——Take Nanjing Forest Police College as an example

本文通过研判警校生在英语学习上的认知模式,寻找和改变不良的自动化思维,从认知模式的信念系统找出其非理性的信念,从树立正确的认知模式、建立正向的行为方式、积累良好的情绪体验三方面提出了改善提高英语学习效能的方法。

This paper studies and judges the cognitive mode of police students in English learning,seeks and changes the bad automatic thinking,finds out their irrational beliefs from the belief system of cognitive mode,and puts forward the methods to improve the efficiency of English learning from three aspects:establishing a correct cognitive mode,establishing a positive way of behavior,and accumulating good emotional experience.
