摘要 本文以应用型本科院校整体转型发展为背景,从产业需求出发,依托院校和企业实践教学平台。提出自动化专业产教融合、协同育人一体化实践教学模式,将理论教学、实践教学和综合评价体系有机统一。旨在通过校企合作的深度融合培养学生的工程实践意识,培养以职业能力为核心,以未来职业方向为导向的专业教育与职业倾向双重结合的高水平应用型人才,实现高校人才培养与本地市场需求无缝衔接。经过了两年的实践教学,效果明显,能够实现应用型人才培养的目标。 This paper takes the overall transformation and development of application-oriented universities as the background,starting from the industry demand,and relying on colleges and enterprises practice teaching platform.It puts forward the practice teaching mode of the integration of production and education and the integration of collaborative education,which organically unifies the theory teaching,practice teaching and comprehensive evaluation system.It aims to cultivate students'awareness of engineering practice through the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation,cultivate high-level applied talents with the dual combination of professional education and career tendency oriented with ability as the core and future career direction as the guidance,and realize the seamless connection between talent training in colleges and universities and local market demands.After two years of teaching practice,the result is obvious and the goal of application-oriented talents training can be realized.
