摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的实施,全球各国之间的联系变得越来越紧密,因此,当今社会更加需要国际化人才。由此可见,教师培养学生的跨文化交际能力在当今大学教育中扮演了重要的角色。递进-交互模型是培养跨文化交际能力可供参考的实践模型。本模型培养跨文化交际能力的根据是基于知识习得、动机培养、技能训练这三个方面依次递进交互的方式。
With the implementation of"one belt,one road"policy,the links between countries are becoming more and more closely linked.Therefore,today's society needs more international talents.It can be seen that teachers play an important role in cultivating students'intercultural communicative competence in today's university education.The progressive interaction model is a practical model for cultivating intercultural communicative competence.This model is based on the progressive interaction of knowledge acquisition,motivation training and skill training.
