翻转课堂视角下重构新型师生关系共同体的实践研究——基于高职师范院校钢琴集体课

摘要 教育是国之大计,随着新一轮高校课程改革的深入,高职师范院校作为应用型教育人才培养的主阵地,树“两代师表”的育人理念正在渐入人心,以往教师权威型的师生关系已无法适应当前育人理念。因此,构建新型师生关系显得刻不容缓。本文基于高职师范院校钢琴集体课教学现状,重点以翻转课堂视角下的师关系生共同体的构建进行了论述。 Education is themajor task of our country.With the deepening of the newround of curriculumreformin Colleges and universities,higher vocational normal colleges,as themain position of application-oriented education personnel training,the education concept of"two generation teacher model"is gradually entering the hearts of the people.The previous authoritative teacher-student relationship can not adapt to the current education concept.Therefore,it is urgent to build a new type of teacher-student relationship.Based on the current situation of piano collective teaching in higher vocational normal colleges,this paper focuses on the construction of teacher student community from the perspective of flipped classroom.
