新建本科院校青年教师实践教学能力提升路径探析

On the Path to Improve the Practical Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Newly Established Universities

青年教师实践经验缺失、实际操作能力偏弱影响着新建本科院校应用型人才培养的质量。因而,增强青年教师的实践经验,提高他们的实际操作能力是当前新建本科院校内涵式建设和服务区域社会经济发展的关键。新建本科院校需要不断完善考核评价与激励机制、拓宽校内外实践基地、搭建灵活多样的实践平台、践行“导师——学徒”制的锻炼模式,才能不断促进青年教师实践教学能力的提升,进而真正实现向应用型大学的转型发展。

The lack of practical experience andweak practical ability of young teachers affect the quality of application-oriented personnel training in newly built undergraduate colleges.Therefore,strengthening young teachers'practical experience and improving theirpractical operation ability is thekey to the connotative construction and the social and economic development of the newly built undergraduate colleges.Only by constantly improving the assessment,evaluation and incentive mechanism,broadening the practice bases inside and outside the college,building flexible and diverse practice platforms,and practicing the tutor-apprentice mode,can newly-built undergraduate colleges continuously promote the improvement of young teachers'practical teaching ability and realize the transformation and development to application-oriented universities.
