失眠机理的中西医研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the mechanism of insomnia

失眠是临床上常见疾病,对患者学习工作生活均造成一定困扰。目前认为失眠与GABA、MT、5-HT等抑制性神经递质含量不足,HPA轴过度活跃,炎症因子等密切相关。中医认为,失眠的病机总属阳盛阴衰,阴阳失交,病位在心,与肝、脾、肾密切相关。本文对失眠机理进行综述,旨在为深入研究失眠的机理提供依据,为临床精准诊治提供参考。

Insomnia is a common disease in clinic,which causes some trouble to patients'study,work and life.At present,it is believed that insomnia is closely related to insufficient content of inhibitory neurotransmitters such as GABA,MT,5-HT,overactive HPA axis,inflammatory factors and so on.According to traditional Chinese medicine,the pathogenesis of insomnia is always yang exuberance with yin debilitation,yin-yang disharmony,the disease is located in the heart,closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney.This paper reviews the mechanism of insomnia in order to provide a basis for in-depth study of the mechanism of insomnia and provide reference for clinical accurate diagnosis and treatment.
