内镜下局部注射肾上腺素联合钛夹治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果

Effect of endoscopic local injection of epinephrine combined with titanium clip in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding

目的:分析内镜下局部黏膜下注射肾上腺素联合钛夹治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法:2019年3月-2020年3月收治消化性溃疡出血患者80例,依治疗方法不同分为两组,各40例。对照组使用电凝+注射肾上腺素治疗;试验组采用钛夹+注射肾上腺素治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:试验组即时止血率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组再出血率及转手术率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用内镜下钛夹+注射肾上腺素治疗消化性溃疡出血,有利于提升治疗效果,患者满意度高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic local submucosal injection of epinephrine combined with titanium clip in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,80 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were selected and treated,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 40 cases in each group.The control group received electrocoagulation+injection of epinephrine.The experimental group was treated with titanium clip and injection of epinephrine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The immediate hemostasis rate of the experimental group was slightly higher than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The rate of rebleeding and transfer to operation in the experimental group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic titanium clip plus injection of epinephrine in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding is beneficial to improve the treatment effect,and the patient satisfaction is high.
