老年阑尾炎患者社区外科的诊断治疗价值分析

Diagnosis and treatment value of community surgery in elderly patients with appendicitis

目的:分析社区外科对老年阑尾炎患者的诊断治疗价值。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年2月社区外科收治的老年阑尾炎患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采取常规诊断治疗;观察组综合B超检查结果,由医生为患者进行确诊并提供个性化治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率及治疗满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及治疗满意度均明显高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年阑尾炎患者的临床表现症状主要为腹痛、低热、腹胀等,部分患者伴有恶心、呕吐及体温升高等症状,其中对照组患者经治疗后并发症产生5例,而观察组并发症产生1例,这些患者病情经后期治疗得到有效控制。结论:社区外科应充分了解老年阑尾炎患者的临床表现症状及特点,及时给予适当的治疗,能够使患者的病症在社区内得到控制。

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment value of community surgery in elderly patients with appendicitis.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,50 elderly patients with appendicitis in community surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine diagnosis and treatment.The observation group received B-ultrasound examination,and the doctor diagnosed the patient and provided personalized treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy,complication rate and treatment satisfaction of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate and treatment satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main clinical symptoms of elderly patients with appendicitis were abdominal pain,low fever,abdominal distension and so on,some patients had nausea,vomiting and high body temperature,there were 5 cases of complications in the control group and 1 case of complications in the observation group,the condition of these patients was effectively controlled by later treatment.Conclusion:Community surgery should fully understand the clinical manifestations,symptoms and characteristics of elderly patients with appendicitis,and give appropriate treatment in time,so that the disease of patients can be controlled in the community.
