经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术在骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者的应用分析

Application analysis of percutaneous balloon dilatation vertebroplasty in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures

目的:分析经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术在骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者中的应用价值。方法:2017年5月-2020年5月收治骨质疏松性胸腰椎(压缩性)骨折患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。参照组采用经皮椎体成形术治疗;研究组采用经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组术后6个月治疗优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后6个月椎体前缘丢失率及Cobb's角均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后6个月功能障碍指数(ODI)评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折,有助于改善患者解剖结构参数及腰椎功能。

Objective:To analyze the application value of percutaneous balloon dilatation vertebroplasty in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2020,60 cases of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,while the study group was treated with percutaneous balloon dilatation vertebroplasty.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After 6 months of operation,the excellent and good rate of treatment between two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 6 months of operation,the anterior loss rate and Cobb's angle of vertebral body of study group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dysfunction index(ODI)scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous balloon dilatation vertebroplasty for osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures can improve the anatomical parameters and lumbar function of the patients.
