社区慢性病防治的全科医疗模式和效果分析

General practice model and effect analysis of the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the community

目的:分析社区慢性病防治的全科医疗模式和效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月社区慢性病患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采取常规慢性病管理方式;试验组在常规慢性病管理基础上采取全科医疗慢性病管理方式。比较两组管理效果。结果:试验组知识掌握率、居民健康率、慢性病登记率、血糖和血压达标率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者满意率及高血压病症知晓率均高于对照组,且医疗支出低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全科医疗模式在社区慢性病防治中的效果显著,可明显控制慢性病患者病情发生与进展,符合实际需求,具备推广和使用价值。

Objective:To analyze the general medical model and its effect on prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the community.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,60 cases of patients with chronic diseases in the community were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine chronic disease management,while the experimental group adopted general medical chronic disease management on the basis of routine chronic disease management.The management effects between the two groups was compared.Results:Knowledge mastery rate,health rate,chronic disease registration rate,blood glucose and blood pressure compliance rate of experimental group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate and the awareness rate of hypertension in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the medical expenses was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The general practice model has a significant effect in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the community,which can obviously control the occurrence and progress of patients with chronic diseases,meets actual needs and it has promotion and use value.
