老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗的效果

Investigation on the effect of emergency medical treatment for elderly patients with severe heart failure

目的:探讨急诊内科治疗重症心力衰竭老年患者的临床疗效及可行性。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治老年重症心力衰竭患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予急诊内科常规治疗;观察组给予急诊内科综合治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心功能分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后脑钠肽(BNP)水平高于对照组,而左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床予以老年重症心力衰竭患者施行急诊内科综合治疗的临床效果更加突出,具有更佳的临床疗效与开展价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and feasibility of emergency internal medicine in elderly patients with severe heart failure.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,90 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of emergency internal medicine.The observation group was given comprehensive treatment of emergency internal medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cardiac functional grading in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BNP level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the LVEF level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of emergency internal medicine in elderly patients with severe heart failure is more prominent and it has better clinical effect and development value.
