Clinical effect of gastric perforation repair under open surgery on stomach perforation

目的:分析开腹手术下行胃穿孔修补术治疗胃穿孔的效果。方法:2018年7月-2020年7月收治胃穿孔患者88例,随机分为两组。试验组接受开腹手术下行胃穿孔修补术治疗;对照组接受常规内科治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组下床活动时间、住院时间明显低于对照组,住院费用明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开腹手术下行胃穿孔修补术治疗胃穿孔,能够起到很好的治疗效果;但是相对传统内科治疗,费用较高,临床上还需要根据患者的需求,合理选择治疗方式。

Objective:To analyze the effect of gastric perforation repair under open surgery on stomach perforation.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2020,88 cases of patients with gastric perforation were enrolled,They were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received gastric perforation repair under open surgery.The control group received routine medical treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The time of getting out of bed,the length of hospital stays of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the cost of hospitalization was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastric perforation under open surgery,which can have a good therapeutic effect for stomach perforation.However,compared with the traditional medical treatment,the cost is high and it is necessary to choose the treatment method reasonably according to the needs of the patients.
