血清生化指标水平对精神分裂症的诊断意义分析

Analysis of the significance of serum biochemical index in the diagnosis of schizophrenia

目的:探讨血清生化指标水平对精神分裂症的诊断意义。方法:2020年1-6月收治精神分裂症患者100例作为观察组,同期选取体检中心健康人员100例作为对照组,两组均行常规心肌酶[乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)]等指标水平检测,分析其对精神分裂症的诊断意义。结果:观察组LDH、CK、α-HBDH、AST水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,心肌酶异常、血脂异常、CRP异常是精神分裂症发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:心肌酶、血脂、CRP等与精神分裂症的发生有关,检测其水平对精神分裂症具有重要的辅助诊断意义。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic significance of serum biochemical index levels for schizophrenia.Methods:From January to June 2020,100 patients with schizophrenia were selected as the observation group.At the same time,100 healthy people from the physical examination center were selected as the control group.The levels of myocardial enzymes[lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)],CRP,blood lipids[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)]were detected in both groups.We analyzed its diagnostic significance for schizophrenia.Results:The levels of LDH,CK,α-HBDH,and AST in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of HDL-C was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher CRP than the control group,and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that abnormal myocardial enzymes,dyslipidemia,and CRP were mental independent risk factors for schizophrenia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Myocardial enzymes,blood lipids,CRP and so on are related to the occurrence of schizophrenia,and the detection of their levels has important auxiliary diagnostic significance for schizophrenia.
