两种品牌采血管对6种血药浓度测定结果的影响

Influence of two brand blood collection tubes on the results of determination of six blood drug concentrations

目的:比较两种品牌采血管对6种精神科药物(阿立哌唑、脱氢阿立哌唑、艾司西酞普兰、奥氮平、喹硫平及度洛西汀)的血药浓度测定结果。方法:在门诊患者中随机选取做不同药物浓度检测的患者,清晨未服药状态下用两种品牌含分离胶及促凝剂的采血管采集静脉血,每种药品采集8例,采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法进行血药浓度测定。结果:两种采血管检测阿立哌唑、脱氢阿立哌唑及喹硫平的血药浓度测定值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);检测艾司西酞普兰、奥氮平及度洛西汀的血药浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种品牌采血管对不同药物的血药浓度测定结果存在影响,建议在进行药物浓度检测前做好采血管比对分析,选取适宜的采血管。

Objective:To compare the results of blood concentration determination of 6 kinds of psychotropic drugs(aripiprazole,dehydroaripiprazole,escitalopram,olanzapine,quetiapine and duloxetine)by two kinds of brand blood collection.Methods:Patients with different drug concentrations were randomly selected from outpatients.The venous blood samples were collected with two kinds of blood vessels containing separation glue and coagulant in the early morning,and 8 cases of each drug were collected.The plasma concentration was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS).Results:There were significant differences in serum concentrations of aripiprazole,dehydroaripiprazole and quetiapine between the two kinds of blood vessels(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma concentrations of escitalopram,olanzapine and duloxetine(P>0.05).Conclusion:The two brands of blood collection tubes have an impact on the results of blood concentration determinations of different drugs.It is recommended that the blood collection tubes be compared and analyzed before the drug concentration detection,and the appropriate blood collection tubes should be selected.
