“互联网+护理”在脑卒中居家患者延续护理中的应用研究

Study on the application of"Internet+nursing"in continuous nursing care of stroke patients at home

目的:探讨“互联网+护理”模式应用于脑卒中居家患者延续护理的效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年5月收治脑卒中患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组出院后行常规电话随访和门诊复查;观察组采用“互联网+护理”模式的延续护理模式。比较两组康复效果。结果:观察组出院6个月后的日常生活能力评分、神经认知功能评分、健康行为评分、心理状态评分及生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院6个月后的治疗依从性高于对照组,再入院率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用“互联网+护理”模式的延续性护理服务,能够显著提高脑卒中患者的康复效果和生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of"Internet+nursing"model on continuous nursing care of stroke patients at home.Methods:From October 2019 to May 2020,100 patients with stroke were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine telephone follow-up and outpatient reexamination after discharge.The observation group adopted the continuous nursing mode of"Internet+nursing"mode.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Six months after discharge,the scores of activities of daily living,neurocognitive function,healthy behavior,mental state and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after discharge,the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the readmission rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing service of"Internet+nursing"model can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of stroke patients.
