摘要
目的:探究孕妇学校系统教育对孕妇分娩方式、母乳喂养以及喂养成功率的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年10月产检并顺利分娩的孕妇3000例,随机分为两组,各1500例。对照组接受常规健康教育;观察组接受孕妇学校的系统教育。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组孕产知识掌握程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阴道分娩率明显高于对照组,社会因素剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母乳喂养率及喂养成功率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将孕妇学校的系统教育模式应用于孕产妇的科普工作中,具有较高价值。
Objective:To explore the impact of maternal school system education on pregnant women's delivery methods,breastfeeding and feeding success rate.Methods:From January 2019 to October 2020,3000 pregnant women who had undergone a delivery check and gave birth successfully were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 1500 cases in each.The control group received regular health education.The observation group received systematic education at the school for pregnant women.We compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The observation group's mastery of pregnancy and childbirth knowledge was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the rate of cesarean section due to social factors was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate and feeding success rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of high value to apply the systematic education model of pregnant women's school to the scientific work of pregnant and lying-in women.
