摘要
目的探究模拟教学法在新生儿临床护理带教中的应用意义。方法将该院2019年7—9月期间的新生儿病区护理实习生命名为对照组(n=20),将该院2019年10—12月期间的新生儿病区护理实习生命名为观察组(n=20),观察组实施模拟教学法,对照组实施常规带教,对比观察两组实习生情景模拟考核成绩(新生儿入院判断评分、操作技能评分、应急能力评分、护理记录评分)、实习效果(学习态度评分、责任心评分、双向交流评分、知识宽度评分)、带教满意度及带教依从性、综合考核成绩。结果观察组实习生综合考核成绩[(7.99±0.48)分、(7.96±0.42)分、(7.33±0.61)分、(7.25±0.46)分、(7.57±0.04)分、(7.78±0.19)分、(93.45±1.61)分]相比于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生实习效果成绩[(89.45±4.56)分、(94.42±4.98)分、(94.42±2.62)分、(95.42±4.32)分]均高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组带教满意度95.00%相比于对照组带教满意度65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组带教依从性95.00%相比于对照组带教依从性50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生模拟考核成绩(95.42±2.37)分,相比对照组实习生考核成绩(78.42±2.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿临床护理带教中应用模拟教学法,能够全面提高护理实习生的带教依从性,使护理实习生的操作技术能力提升,带教效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application significance of simulation teaching method in neonatal clinical nursing teaching.Methods The nursing practice life in the neonatal ward in the hospital from July to September 2019 was named the control group(n=20),and the neonatal ward in the hospital from October to December 2019 called the observation group(n=20),the observation group implemented simulated teaching method,and the control group implemented routine teaching.Compared and observed the two groups of interns in the situational simulation assessment scores(newborn admission judgment score,operation skill score,emergency response ability score,nursing record score),practice effect(learning attitude score,responsibility score,two-way communication score,knowledge breadth score),teaching satisfaction and teaching compliance,comprehensive assessment results.Results The observation group interns comprehensive assessment scores[(7.99±0.48)points,(7.96±0.42)points,(7.33±0.61)points,(7.25±0.46)points,(7.57±0.04)points,(7.78±0.19)points,(93.45±1.61)points]was compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the internship effect scores of the observation group[(89.45±4.56)points,(94.42±4.98)points,(94.42±2.62)points,(95.42±4.32)points]were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's teaching satisfaction 95.00%was compared with the control group's 65.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's teaching compliance was 95.00%compared to the control group's 50.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's scores in the simulation assessment(95.42±2.37)points,compared with the control group's(78.42±2.32)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of simulation teaching method in neonatal clinical nursing teaching can comprehensively improve the compliance of nursing interns,and improve the operational skills of nursing interns.The teaching effect is significant and it is worthy of promotion.
