摘要
目的研究分析肾内科护理带教应用问题式教学法的效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年6月该院肾内科护理科室实习生选定为课题研究对象,共70名,随机平均分入常规组和实验组,分别采用常规教学法和问题式教学法对实习生进行护理带教,带教完成后比较组间教学效果。结果实验组采用问题式教学方法进行临床带教后,学生护理综合情况、学习状态、课程掌握水平等方面数据指标均高于常规组采用常规教学法实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于肾内科护理带教教学中,采用问题式教学法对实习生进行临床教学,能够有效引导实习生对理论知识,提高实习生专业能力及职业素养,带教效果较好。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of problem-based teaching method in nursing teaching in nephrology department.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,interns who were internships in the department of nephrology and nursing of the hospital were selected as the subject research subjects,a total of 70 students,and were randomly divided into two groups,a conventional group and an experimental group were established,and the conventional teaching method and the question-based teaching method were used respectively.The interns were taught nursing,and the teaching effects between the groups were compared after the teaching was completed.Results After adopted the problem-based teaching method for clinical teaching,the data indicators of comprehensive nursing status,learning status,and curriculum mastery of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group using conventional teaching methods,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching of nephrology,the problem-based teaching method is used for clinical teaching of interns,which can effectively guide interns to theoretical knowledge and improve their professional ability and professional quality.The teaching effect is good.
