MES训练结合检验流程对医学检验技术教学的优化效果

MES Training Combined with Inspection Process to Optimize the Effect of Medical Laboratory Technology Teaching

目的研究分析模块式技能培训(MES)训练方式与检验流程相结合对医学检验技术教学的效果。方法将2020年7月和2019年6月到齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院进行实习的医学检验技术专业学生44名进行研究分析,按照随机方法将所有学生分为研究组和常规组,将2020年7月的22名学生作为研究组,并且采用MES训练方式与检验流程结合的教学模式,将2019年6月实习的医学检验技术专业学生22名作为常规组,并采用传统实习教学模式。对比两组之间的教学效果。结果研究组学生的综合成绩显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生运用的教育模式的临床实习效果均显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生的实践动手能力显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MES训练方式与检验流程结合在一起对医学检验技术教学具有明显的效果,并且能促进学生的动手能力,改善教学方式的策略,提高教学效果,使其具有良好的临床推广价值。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of the combination of modules of employable skill(MES)training method and inspection process on medical laboratory technology teaching.Methods A total of 44 medical laboratory technology students who went to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College in July 2020 and June 2019 to conduct research and analysis were conducted.According to the random method,all students were divided into study group and routine group.The 22 students in July 2020 were used as the study group,and the teaching mode combining MES training method and inspection process was adopted.The 22 medical laboratory technology students who practiced in June 2019 were regarded as the routine group,and the traditional practice teaching mode was adopted.Compared the teaching effect between the two groups.Results The study group’s overall performance was significantly better than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical practice effect of the education model used by the study group was significantly better than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the practical ability of the students in the study group was significantly better than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of MES training method and inspection process has obvious effects on medical laboratory technology teaching,and can promote students'hands-on ability,improve teaching methods,improve teaching effects,and make it have a good clinical promotion value.
