PDCA循环法在住院部医保出院患者中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle Method in Inpatient Department Medical Insurance Discharged Patients

目的探讨戴明(PDCA)循环法在住院部医保出院患者中的应用。方法选取2018年12月—2019年4月收入医院的医保住院患者107例作为对照组,将2019年5—9月收入医院的医保住院患者107例作为观察组。对照组采取常规出院流程,观察组采取PDCA循环法。观察两组患者离院时间、预出院率及满意度。结果观察组离院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医师开预出院率99.06%高于对照组26.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度95.32%高于对照组77.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院医保出院患者采取PDCA循环法可有效减少患者离院时间,提高预出院效率,减少来回往返次数,提高满意度,促进护理质量及管理水平改进。

Objective To explore the application of Deming(PDCA)cycle method in inpatient medical insurance discharged patients.Methods 107 medical insurance inpatients admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the control group,and 107 medical insurance inpatients admitted to the hospital from May to September 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the routine discharge procedure,and the observation group adopted the PDCA cycle method.Observed the discharge time,pre-discharge rate and satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients.Results The time of leaving the hospital in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pre-discharge rate of doctors in the observation group was 99.06%higher than that in the control group 26.18%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.32%higher than that of the control group 77.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method for inpatient medical insurance discharged patients can effectively reduce the patient's discharge time,improve the efficiency of pre-discharge,reduce the number of round trips,increase satisfaction,and promote the improvement of nursing quality and management level.
