摘要
目的了解高职高专护生的自主学习能力与心理弹性现状及其相关性,并探讨心理弹性对其自主学习能力的影响。方法应用一般情况调查表、心理弹性量表和自主学习能力量表对2020年1—3月抽取的山东省某两所医学类高等专科学校的1128名护生进行调查。结果高职高专护生自主学习能力得分为(91.39±10.34)分,3个维度得分均分排序结果:自我管理能力(3.40±0.42)分>信息能力(3.24±0.46)分>学习合作能力(3.12±0.40)分。心理弹性总分为(62.02±13.54)分,心理弹性与自主学习能力呈正相关(r=0.509,P<0.01)。阶层回归分析显示,心理弹性可以单独解释高职高专护生自主学习能力11.9%的总变异。结论高职高专护生的自主学习能力和心理弹性均处于中等偏上水平,且心理弹性显著影响护生的自主学习能力。
Objective To understand the status quo and correlation of autonomous learning ability and psychological flexibility of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,and to explore the influence of psychological flexibility on their autonomous learning ability.Methods The general situation questionnaire,the psychological resilience scale and the autonomous learning ability scale were used to investigate 1128 nursing students from two medical colleges in Shandong Province from January to March 2020.Results The score of self-learning ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges was(91.39±10.34)points,and the scores of 3 dimensions were ranked equally:self-management ability(3.40±0.42)points>information ability(3.24±0.46)points>learning cooperation ability(3.12±0.40)points.The total score of psychological resilience was(62.02±13.54)points.and psychological resilience was positively correlated with autonomous learning ability(r=0.509,P<0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that psychological elasticity can explain 11.9%of the total variation of autonomous learning ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Conclusion The autonomous learning ability and psychological flexibility of nursing students in higher vocational colleges are both at the upper-middle level,and the psychological flexibility significantly affects the autonomous learning ability of nursing students.
