摘要
目的探究临床带教中培养护理实习生中采取人文关怀理念后的临床效果。方法对该院2018年5月—2020年6月间80名实习护生进行研究,将其按照简单随机法分为对照组、观察组,每组40名。对照组实习护生给予常规临床带教,观察组实习护生在临床护理带教中采取人文关怀理念,对比两组实习护生的理论成绩、实践操作成绩、病历书写、平时成绩以及带教满意度评分、人文关怀能力评分。结果两组实习护生入院时的理论成绩、实践操作成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教模式后,观察组实习护生的理论与实践成绩、病历书写、平时成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,观察组实习护生对教学能力、教学氛围、教学内容、综合素质与对照组评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外观察组实习护生人文关怀能力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床带教过程中对实习护生采取人文关怀能够明显提升学生的理论成绩、实践能力,能够显著提升临床带教质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of humanistic care in the training of nursing interns in clinical teaching.Methods A study was conducted on 80 nursing interns in the hospital from May 2018 to June 2020,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a simple random method,40 persons per group.Nursing trainees in the control group were given routine clinical teaching,and the trainees in the observation group adopted the concept of humanistic care in clinical nursing teaching.The theoretical performance,practical performance,medical record writing,usual results and satisfaction degree score,humanistic care ability score of the teaching were compared between the two groups of intern nurses.Results There was no statistical difference in the theoretical and practical performance of the two groups of interns when they were admitted to the hospital(P>0.05);after the teaching mode,the observation group's theoretical and practical scores,medical record writing,and usual scores were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the observation group's interns'scores on teaching ability,teaching atmosphere,teaching content and comprehensive quality were compared with those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the humanistic care ability of interns in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical teaching,taking humanistic care for interns can significantly improve the students'theoretical performance and practical ability,and can significantly improve the quality of clinical teaching.
