阶段式带教方法在骨科护理教学中的实施及效果

摘要 目的研究在骨科护理教学中实施阶段式带教方法的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1—12月间来该院实习的35名护理实习生作为对照组,选取2019年1—12月间来该院实习的35名护理实习生作为研究组,对照组采用常规的带教方法,研究组采用阶段式带教方法。比较两组带教效果。结果两组护理实习生经过带教后,研究组护理实习生在理论知识、专业技能操作及综合成绩等评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理实习生经过带教后,研究组护理实习生对带教工作满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理带教工作中采用阶段式教学能有效提升带教质量,提升护理实习生的综合能力,护理实习生的满意度较高,值得在骨科护理带教工作中进行推广。 Objective To study the clinical application effect of teaching method in the implementation stage of orthopedic nursing teaching.Methods 35 nursing interns who came to the hospital for internship from January to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and 35 nursing interns who came to the hospital for internship from January to December 2019 were selected as the research group.The control group of nursing interns used conventional teaching methods.Nursing interns in the research group adopted a staged teaching method.Compared the teaching effect of two groups Results After the two groups of nursing interns were taught,the research group of nursing interns were better than the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge,professional skills operation and comprehensive performance.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the two groups of nursing interns were taught,the research group of nursing interns were better than the control group in their teaching job satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of staged teaching in orthopedic nursing teaching can effectively improve the quality of teaching and enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing interns.The satisfaction of nursing interns is relatively high.It is worthy of promotion in orthopedic nursing teaching.
