对区域化消毒供应中心集中管理带来的效应探讨

Discussion on the Effects of Centralized Management of Regional Disinfection Supply Centers

目的探讨集中管理用于区域化消毒供应中心工作中的效应。方法抽选2019年4月—2020年3月该区域化消毒供应中心管理无菌物品25000包实施集中管理,作为观察组,包括医疗器械12000件,手术衣10000件,其他无菌物品3000包。抽选往期未施行集中管理的无菌物品25000包作为对照组,包括医疗器械11010件,手术衣11000件,其他无菌物品2990件。对比两组无菌物品去污、灭菌、包装、存储、运送质量情况。结果观察组无菌物品经集中管理后去污合格率98.00%、灭菌合格率98.05%、包装合格率97.82%、存储合格率98.77%、运送合格率95.08%均明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论区域化消毒供应中心实施集中管理能够有效保障工作质量,提高无菌物品去污、灭菌、包装、存储、运送合格率,更好满足医院需求。

Objective To explore the effect of centralized management in the work of regionalized disinfection supply centers.Methods From April 2019 to March 2020,25000 packages of sterile materials managed by the regional disinfection supply center were selected for centralized management as an observation group,it included 12000 pieces of medical equipment,10000 pieces of surgical gowns,and 3000 packages of other sterile items.25000 packs of sterile items that had not been centrally managed in the past were selected as the control group,including 11010 pieces of medical equipment,11000 pieces of surgical gowns,and 2990 pieces of other sterile items.The quality of decontamination,sterilization,packaging,storage,and transportation of the two groups of sterile items was compared.Results After centralized management of sterile items in the observation group,the decontamination qualification rate 98.00%,sterilization qualification rate 98.05%,packaging qualification rate 97.82%,storage qualification rate 98.77%,and delivery qualification rate 95.08%were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The centralized management of regionalized disinfection supply centers can effectively guarantee the quality of work,improve the qualification rate of sterile items for decontamination,sterilization,packaging,storage,and transportation,and better meet the needs of hospitals.
