药剂科参与抗菌药物用药管理对抗菌药物合理使用的促进作用

The Role of the Pharmacy Department in the Management of Antibacterial Drugs in Promoting the Rational Use of Antibacterial Drugs

目的观察在抗菌药物用药管理中应用药剂科参与对抗菌药物合理使用的促进效果。方法将2018年1—10月常规管理期间该院开具的抗菌药物处方中随机抽取120份(每月随机抽取12份)设为常规组;于2019年1—10月期间药剂科参与抗菌药物用药管理干预,并随机抽取120份(每月随机抽取12份)处方设为观察组,分析药剂科参与后对该院抗菌药物合理使用的促进效果。结果观察组抗菌药物不合理使用率0.83%(1/120)相较常规组显著下降,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.772,P=0.003);且观察组国家基本药物占比统计值100.00%(120/120)相较常规组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.528,P=0.001);病原学检查率统计值59.17%(71/120)相较常规组显著提升,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.179,P<0.001)。结论药剂科参与抗菌药物用药管理干预后,既显著降低了该院无明确指征预防用药、用药与诊断不符、抗菌疗程过长、重复用药等抗菌药物不合理使用情况,同时也使国家基本药物使用率及病原学检查率得到了明显提升,整体提高了该院抗菌药物用药合理性。

Objective To observe the promotion of the rational use of antibacterial drugs by the Department of Applied Pharmacy in the management of antibacterial drugs.Methods From January to October 2018,120 copies of antibacterial drug prescriptions issued by the hospital during the routine management period were randomly selected(12 copies were randomly selected every month)as the routine group;the pharmacy department participated in the period from January to October 2019 with intervention in the management of antibacterial drugs,and randomly selected 120 copies(12 copies randomly selected every month)as the observation group,and analyzed the effect of promoting the rational use of antibacterial drugs in the hospital after the participation of the pharmacy department.Results The unreasonable use rate of antibacterial drugs in the observation group was 0.83%(1/120),which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.772,P=0.003);and the statistical value of the national essential drugs in the observation group was 100.00%(120/120)compared with the conventional group,it was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.528,P=0.001);the pathogenic examination rate statistical value was 59.17%(71/120)compared with the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=23.179,P<0.001).Conclusion After the pharmacy department participates in the management intervention of antibacterial drugs,it not only significantly reduces the unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs such as non-clearly indicated preventive medication,medication inconsistent with the diagnosis,excessive antibacterial treatment,and repeated medication,but also makes the country basic drug usage rate and pathogenic examination rate significantly improved,and the rationality of the use of antibacterial drugs in the hospital has been improved overall.
